[Spoon-business] Key Minister

Ya know...when M-Tek was functioning as it was supposed to, one of its effects was that I was compelled to produce at least one proposal per nweek. I'll have to get around to fixing it. Again.

In the meantime, gracious thanks to Wonko for the suggestion for this nweek...a last-minute prop:

{{ _A Cowpie by Any Other Name_

In Rule 300, replace "The Administrator" with "The Key Minister".

In Rule 625, append to subsection C an appropriately numbered subsection as follows:

{{ _Ministry of the Keys_

There exists a Ministry of the Keys. The Key Minister is responsible for maintaining keywords assigned to rules, as per the Keywords rule. The Key Minister may accomplish this by submitting keywords for rules to the Administrator, or by maintaining eir own list.

The Administrator may choose to reject specific keyword submissions at eir discretion.

At the end of an nweek, the Key Minister receives one point for each rule for which keyword submissions were made in that nweek that were not rejected by the Administrator.

}}

Give half the points earned by the passage of this proposal to Wonko.

}}
