The following measures are on the ballot for nweek 41:

Proposal 1486/0: What Whoopass? (Orc In a Spacesuit)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1487/0: The warmth of my love shall melt this ice (Orc In a Spacesuit)

I vote YES, and encourage a typo fix: "one nweek passes from the most recent effect caused it to be Proto-Frozen" needs a 'that' between 'effect' and 'caused'.

Proposal 1489/0: Falling Ratings (SkArcher)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1490/0: Quote Proposal (Wonko)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1491/0: Ain't I dead Yet? (Iain)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1492/0: I Have Said (Glotmorf)

I vote YES; but request that Dave be cautious in declaring such kicks valid...

Proposal 1493/1: The Flag (Wonko)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1494/1: Power to the People (Wonko)

I vote YES, and announce that although I will be unable to manage the duties of the Guardian until early June, I am willing to take on said ministry at that time.

Proposal 1495/0: Godlike B.O. (Baron von Skippy)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1496/0: Fixing Hostility (Wonko)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1499/0: Quote Proposal by bd (bd)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1500/1: The new Number Game (Baron von Skippy)

I vote NO, and encourage the recreation of the Casino should a truly random point-allocator be desired.

Proposal 1502/0: Radar jammers (bd)

I vote No, this being identical to a SHELVE vote in accordance with proposal lifespans. Were this to be reproposed with different wording, I would vote in favor of it; namely, it would be much cleaner simply to say, "When a player finds a Radar Jammer, eir Radar becomes 0 for an nweek."

Proposal 1504/0: Free Trade v1.0 (Orc In a Spacesuit)

I vote YES, with reservations...

Proposal 1505/0: Ahm Not Thayt Thunk! (Orc In a Spacesuit)

I vote NO, citing as a rationale the nonexistence of a section B.7 in rule 301.

Proposal 1506/1: Quote Proposal (Orc In a Spacesuit)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1507/0: It's cold outside (SkArcher)

I vote SHELVE. I encourage SkArcher to refer to rules solely by number, not by revision as well; if p1487 passes, r1469 will have revision number 1; anyway, altering version 1469/0 arguably does very confusing things to the ruleset.

Proposal 1508/0: Pay Rise (SkArcher)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1509/0: Quotation Prop by Teucer (Teucer)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1512/0: Locking the CashBox (Wonko)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1514/0: Instant Gratification (Glotmorf)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1515/1: Quotation Prop by Orc (Orc In a Spacesuit)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1516/0: Bandwidth in a jar? (Orc In a Spacesuit)

I vote NO, and request that, if M-Tek's Bandwidth must be stripped away, an alternate method be devised. Do you expect all that potential Rule Energy to just disappear? It ought to fade away slowly, or suddenly manifest itself as a lot of Whoopass.

Proposal 1517/1: True Final Fantasy Fashion (Orc In a Spacesuit)

I vote NO.

Proposal 1518/0: Tweaking new physics and old rules (Orc In a Spacesuit)

I vote SHELVE; I'm suddenly distrustful of changing Rule "1503/0", and wish to resolve the issue of what happens when a specific revision is modified before voting for a proposal that would do that. Would we get Rule 1503/0/1?

Proposal 1521/0: Full Speed Ahead! (Baron von Skippy)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1522/0: But I don't WANT to be a toad... er... penguin... thing!
		 (Baron von Skippy)

I vote SHELVE. I dislike cluttering up the Nether Void with Grid Objects.

Proposal 1523/0: So are we going to use these nice Stats? (Baron von Skippy)

I vote SHELVE. I dislike arbitrary events that anyone can trigger from anywhere at any time, like buying Big Rocks; I'd prefer to see Boots and Gas Bombs bought *from* somewhere.

Proposal 1524/0: I'm the half can! (Baron von Skippy)

I vote NO.

Proposal 1526/0: Quotation Prop (Wonko)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1527/0: Mysterious Italian Acronym (Wonko)

I vote YES.

Proposal 1528/1: E said what? When? (Orc In a Spacesuit)

I vote YES, with a side note: under this phrasing, it will be legal to issue a quote prop containing nothing but a name, date, and message URL; or for that matter, simply a date. Such a prop would fail; nonetheless, I don't like loose ends.

Proposal 1529/0: Quote Prop by Emil Bleehall (Emil Bleehall)

I vote YES.
