[Spoon-business] Proposal: Falling Ratings

I propose the following;

Amend rule 1070/2 by removing the following ^H^H^H^H^H delimited text;

^H^H^H^H^H
- at the beginning of the first nweek following in which there are three or more players not on 
leave, all players become On the Island 

^H^H^H^H^H


and add the following ^V^V^V^V^V delimited text in the place from which the above ^H^H^H^H^H 
delimited text was removed.

- at the beginning of the first nweek following, this rule is repealed

[[Rather than just deleting the rule straight off, this proposal causes it to delete itself once 
the current Nomvivor game is finished, thus avoiding any wierdness that may ensue (i hope) - hey, 
its my first proposal, i'm bound to have screwed it up somewhere :P]]
