In Rule 405:

- In subsection C.2, change all instances of "1d10" to "1d11".

- Add the following:

C.2.11. Meteor Shower

If an 11 is rolled, the Type is Meteor Shower.  Rocky drops (the smaller of (10 Big Rocks) or (as many Big Rocks as the Gremlin Fund can afford)) random Big Rocks.
