Thank you to everyone who pointed out these little problems, especially 
those of you who did so with a modicum of politeness. Here, then, are some 
little prop fixes:

In proposal 1368:

In the second sentence, replace "At the beginning of each nweek, if the 
Improbable exists," with "At the beginning of each nweek, if the Improbable 
is present on the Grid,"

Replace the list of targets with:
