Okay, I'm officially stupid. I forgot how the nweekly allowances worked and 
accidentally awarded too much money to everyone - 500 instead of 
300+(10*Charm). Here's the breakdown:

Anything McGee loses 190 BNS, dropping to 1430.
Athena loses 230 BNS, dropping to 1810.
BvS loses 40 BNS, dropping to 2300.
bd loses 200 BNS, dropping to 1880.
Capsaicin loses 200 BNS, dropping to 1400.
Glotmorf loses 88 BNS, dropping to 2260.
Iain loses 152 BNS, dropping to 2021.
Lord Gregarian loses 200 BNS, dropping to 1900.
Orc loses 150 BNS, dropping to 2050.
Rob loses 190 BNS, dropping to 1920.
The Voice loses 170 BNS, dropping to 1130.
Wonko loses... er... gains 77 BNS, rising to 2580. This does not change eir 
donation to Sheeba.

Wonko gives Dave 300 BNS.

You'd think I would have remembered at least to check the formula... *slaps 
self*
