I propose: __The CS Geek Philosophy__

Create a Mandate for the philosophy "CS Geek" which reads:

A CS Geek sees the Nomic as just a big, unstable, unpredictable computer
program. E aims for precision at the expense of being understood by
actual people.

Each CS Geek may cast one extra YES vote per nweek on a proposal in
which an action or definition is expressed using one of:
  * pseudocode
  * three or more nested levels of markup (such as the standard double
    braces and brackets), not counting the braces around the proposal
  * itself (recursively)
