[Spoon-business] Simplifying Resources

Due to a lack of use since this was passed, and a belief that simpler is 
better here, I'm thinking Resources should be changed back to how they once 
were. Besides, once Wonko's Grid program is done (completion pending a 
miracle), we're hoping for Speeders to become a much bigger thing, and 
that's not possible if no one can afford the damn things. So, here goes...

I propose:

A.3. Resource Units
For the purposes of this section, the following and only the following are 
Entities: Players, Gremlins, and Societies.

Each Player and Society has an integral number of Resource Units, or RUs. 
Any Entity may transfer any positive amount of RUs e has to any other 
Entity, as long as that transfer does not change any Entity's Resources to a 
negative value.

A.3.1. Recycling
There may exist Passable Stationary Grid Objects named Recycling Centers. 
Each Recycling Center may be owned by an Entity. Ownership may not be 
changed except as specified in the rules. Any Entity that is in the same 
Location as a Recycling Center may Recycle a Recyclable Object in eir 
possession with that Recycling Center. This destroys the Object and 
increases the RUs of the Owner of the Recycling Center as follows:

Beer Can           10
Ball of Wax        5
Pile of Kindling   10
Big Stick          20
Athame             20
Small Lump         35
Sledge-O-Matic     45
Shield             50
Large Lump         100

All Objects in the above table are Recycleable. Objects are Recycleable only 
as specified in the rules. If a Recyclable Object is recycled at an unowned 
Recycling Center, the Entity who Recycled it gets one half, rounded down, of 
the RUs the Owner would get if there was one.

If the Location of a Recycling Center has the substance Fire, it is 
destroyed.

Any Entity may construct a Recycling center for 50 points, or for 20 points 
and 75 RUs. This creates the Recyling Center in a Square of eir choice.
