[Spoon-business] WBE's legacy units

Thanks to the continuing efforts of Mr. in a Spacesuit, WBE remains incapable of performing upgrades because it doesn't have the current variety of raw materials. Given the points e made off eir do-nothing Return of the King proposal, I can only conclude e is taking the Microsoft approach: introduce problems that justify the purchase of the next upgrade.

Inasmuch as I resisted the temptation to simply give WBE some units last nweek so it could operate, as that would have been purely personal gain, I see no reason why I shouldn't convert the legacy units WBE currently possesses into new-style units, so as to get them off the books and into active production.

So. WBE has 30 legacy units. Per the old rules, that would be enough to make a Vertical Booster upgrade. Per the current rules, a Vertical Booster upgrade takes w=4|s=2|m=25|o=5, so...

By the Power Vested in Me, I change WBE's 30 Raw Materials into 4 Wood, 2 Stone, 25 Metal and 5 Oil.

WBE is *now* open for business. Anyone wanna buy a Vertical Booster?
