[Spoon-business] Orc's Recognizer and Rectification

Thank you, Wonko, for that concise summation of the gamestate. I doubt I could have done better without using lots of fancy graphics.

It appears that either everything's fine and Dave is admin, or everything's fine and I am admin. If I am admin, I would very much like to give Dave his power back, but cannot as of yet, as I can only give it up, and anyone else could just take it up. So, I'm gonna make a recognizer in case I am admin (and Dave, feel free to use mine if you are admin), and I'll make a proposal to fix this.

With either me or Dave as admin, I will try to coordinate with Dave, so everything remains the same no matter who's admin. So we don't need to figure everything out; just set the game to one state no matter what happened.

Ok, on with the recognizer. This is everything that's happened this nweek, since the recognizer that started this nweek:

In this recognizer, each serial number assigned is actually, (X + Y), where X is the highest serial number as of now, and Y is the number I state in this recognizer, in the form +####.

Proposal __Speed Limit__ is +0001/0
Proposal __Less is Less__ is +0002/0

Orc ruled on CFI's:
FALSE on 1205 (as a appelate judge)
REFUSED on 1152
FALSE on 1153
FALSE on 1154
TRUE on 1165

Nothing is changed as a result of those rulings. First, the rulings do not contradict the gamestate, and second, it has been determined that this nweek CFI's don't do anything (whether or not the appropriate CFI worked, or even existed, is moot; this is what I am ruling).

The curator submitted a 6 point invoice for the past 2 nweeks.

Orc attempts a scam. This scam fails. He tries it again, this scam is actually not contradicted by /any/ current CFI's or rules. But I'm not recognizing it anyway, in the intrest of the game.

Orc creates a society, titled "Orc's Exploits of Props E Voted Against". It is number +0003/0.

Proposal __Races__ is +0004/0.
Proposal __Lots o' Stuff__ is +0005/0
Proposal __Let's get them working right__ is +0006/0
Proposal __Number guessing__ is revised to 1206/1
Proposal __International Currencies__ is +0007/0
Proposal __Let's get them working right__ is revised to +0006/1
Proposal __More Raw Materials__ is revised to 1208/1
Proposal __Lots o' Stuff__ is revised to +0005/1
[[And I would/do rectify the number in that revision; when I wrote it, I was unaware that shelved props got new numbers]]
Proposal __Automation__ is revised to 1209/1

*********************
This is where the game gets screwy. I would have no problem with resetting the game state to what it was at this point.
*********************

BvS attempts to rule TRUE on CFI 1205. Whether or not e does is debateable. According to the game thread that I am admin, e did not, as a TRUE ruling was illegal.

BvS states that e gave the players the gnomes they are due, but this is not reflected either in his emails or on his ministry's page.

BvS invoices for 0 points.

Rob issues a CFI, stating that Orc did not change the Point Balance of OrcTech. This CFI simply states that which I already agree upon. It is +0008/0.

********************
Now things get real crazy. This would be another good point to reset to (minus the alleged ruling by BvS).
********************

Bd attempts to rule YES, then TRUE on CFI 1205.

Glotmorf tries to take some actions, believing that the alleged rulings of CFI 1205 allow em to do so. They do not. Those actions do not take place.

Many people attempt many things, which are almost all pretty much illegal.

Some actions that are legal are the following:

Proposals made:
__Disrespect bd__ is +0009/0.
__Disrespect Glotmorf__ is +0010/0.
__Disrespect the Baron__ is +0011/0.
__Never Again__ is +0012/0.

********************
This is the point where I start taking power. If we decide that I am not administrator, let's just cut off the recognition right here.
********************

4 CFI's are made, numbered +0013/0, +0014/0, +0015/0, and +0016/0. Previously assigned numbers were not the serial numbers; these are; I revoke my earlier specification that these were not to get serial numbers. Oh, and lets just ignore the ones that Glotmorf claims to have deleted.

Lord Gregarian rules TRUE on all of them. As a result, we no longer have a justice system.

Proposal __Rewiring the Justice System, take 2__ is +0017/0.

*******************
Done with recognition of previous stuff. Now I'm going to make a proposal, no matter who is admin.
*******************

I propose the following:
{{__Return of the King__
change the last sentence of 25 to "The Administrator is the human being who's real name, not any given in this game, is David E. Smith."

If there is a player in this game named David E. Smith, and eir name was Orc In A Spacesuit, change eir name to Orc In A Spacesuit.

If the player named Orc In A Spacesuit was ever the Administrator, e gains/loses points, charm, and other attributes as if e were only a player and not the administrator for all proposals made during during nweek 27.
[[this is so that no matter what has happened, the gamestates are equal.]]
}}

I recognize that as +0018/0.

There. I would have no problem with being not administrator at all, but that should make things the same no matter what.

Oh, and I declare that anything sent to dave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is sent to the administrator privately. So send all your votes and such there, if you don't feel like airing them in public. And Dave, you can keep the passwords. I'll wait until a properly passes proposal makes me admin before presuming to truly usurp you.

That should do it.

Respectfully,
Orc In A Spacesuit (in spirit, if not in name)
