[Spoon-business] Ramroding the CFI's

Ok, the plan which required one of the three in power to cooperate failed. I'm gonna have to pull out something I've been sitting on for a long time...

First, I reissue the CFI's that Glotmorf claims to have gotten rid of. Specifically:

I issue the following CFI, which I'm calling CFI A:
{{
Statment: Baron von Skippy was not an eligible judge for the appeal of CFI 1205. As a corralary, the appeal of CFI 1205 has not been ruled TRUE as of the issuing of this CFI.

Analysis: BvS was rescused from judging a CFI with the last nweek, and therefore is not a member of the upper house, and therefore cannot be a judge for appeals. As a result, the corralary is true, as the conditions for the ruling have not been met.
}}

I issue the following CFI, which I'm calling CFI B:
{{
Statement: Plaintiffs and Defendants of CFI's may not be selected as appelate judges for those CFI's.

Analysis:
Rule 127 states,
"All players are eligible to be Judges for a CFI except for the Defendant, the Plaintiff" Appelate is an adjcective in this case, and not a part of a multi-word noun, as appelate judges are described to be judges with certain changes dictated by eir appelate atatus.
Therefore, appelate judges are judges.
Therefore, the Defendant and the Plaintiff of a CFI are not eligible judges for the CFI.

Now then, rule 128 states,
"When a CFI is assigned to the Upper House, three random members of the Upper House are chosen to be Appelate Judges for that CFI"

There is no conflict between this and rule 127; instead, what happens is 3 random members of the Upper House are chosen, but the Plaintiff/Defendant can't be, so 3 random members other than the Plaintiff/Defendant are chosen.
}}

I issue the following CFI, which I'm calling CFI C:
{{
Statement: The ruling of a CFI has no other effect on the game state, and does not change any rules or the execution of rules. As a corralary, the rule __Glotmorf Rules!__ was not created, as the Administrator recognized such, and there is nothing to counter this recognition.

Argument:
Nowhere in the current rules does it say that CFI's have the force of rule, or change anything about the game at all. While it could be argued that, by permissability of the unprohibited, the ruling could change things other than the game state, there is absolutly nothing which causes the ruling to do so.

[[Yes, I am fully aware that this CFI will cause itself to be nonfunctional if ruled true, but it gets the bribed ruling nonfunctional, too.]]
}}

I issue the following CFI D:
{{
Statement: Baron von Skippy and bd have not issued Judgements on CFI 1205. As a corallary, the appeal of CFIR 1205 has not been judged.

Analysis: Rule 127 states "A Judgment may not contravene any rule."
Rule 18 prohibits changes of the rules (which includes the creation of a rule, according to r18), except as described by the rules. It was nowhere at the time implicitly or explicitly described by the rules a way in which a society could make a rule change. CFI 1205 claims that a rule change could be made, despite this, therefore cannot be true. Since Judgements may not contravene rules, anything resembling a judgement of TRUE made by any judge and/or appelate judge of CFI 1205 was not a Judgement.
}}

I name Glotmorf the defendant in the 4 CFI's I just issued.
I name bd the defendant in the 4 CFI's I just issued.
I name Baron von Skippy the defendant in the 4 CFI's I just issued.
I name Glotmorf the defendant in the 4 CFI's I just issued.

Ok, that's done. Now for the good part:
I change my name to David E. Smith. By rule 25, I am now the administrator.

As administrator, I assign the CFI's I just made the following serial numbers:
The one I call CFI A: 10000
The one I call CFI B: 10001
The one I call CFI C: 10002
The one I call CFI D: 10003

As administrator, I assign those 4 CFI's to Lord Gregarian.

Greg, do us proud.

[[I'll be keeping this name until the crisis has passed, but I won't be abusing my power]]
