I propose:

This is an A La Carte prop. Every numbered action is a separate Item.

1. Remove the first sentence of Rule 8 [[Comments]]. [[If that sentence
actually mattered, then the ability to use underscores and curly braces
would be questionable. But we've been willing to assume that these
characters are always special without a rule saying so.]]

2. Repeal Section B.9 of Rule 256 [[Pinhead]].

3. Repeal Section B.10 of Rule 256 [[Bruce. He doesn't even do anything
now that the Immunity Idol is gone.]]

4. Remove the 6th and 7th paragraphs of Rule 260 [[the "Kicker of Asses"
titles that don't do anything]], and remove everything in Rule 354
after "does not recieve any points," changing the final comma to a
period. [[This is the part of the Buttplates rule that refers to those
titles.]]

5. Repeal Rule 408 [[Brooks]].

6. Repeal Rule 469 [[Realms]].

7. Repeal Rule 752 [[The Casino]].
