[Spoon-business] CFI on the Baron's win

I make the following CFI:

Baron von Skippy has not accomplished a Win.

Defendent:

Baron von Skippy

Analysis:

Rule 893 reads as follows:

"reward,/for voting aye/on failed item or for/voting nay on an item passed:/one point."

It does not say that this effect is cumulative.  So while, yes, it is true that the Baron voted against my proposal upwards of a thousand times, this rule is only concerned that e voted against my proposal at all, and thus rewards em a single point.
