[Spoon-business] Correction

Mr. A...Proposal 1023 said, 'In Rule 705, Add, after the subsection B.1. heading, the text of Rule 945, except for the last sentence of the second paragraph, and replacing "actuion" with "action".'

The text was added, but the last sentence of the second paragraph wasn't excepted (the part that said, "This rule takes precedence over rule 705 in that regard"), and "actuion" wasn't replaced with "action".
