[Spoon-business] Athena Enters the World of Business

In accordance with rule 578.G.2, I declare the society "Athena's Society",
with Charter as follows:

The society "Athena's Society", also known as AS, has the following
members:

Athena

AS has a pool of Score points and a pool of BNS. If at any time AS
has greater than 0 Score or BNS, these are instantly divided up evenly
among all members. Any game entity may freely transfer points or BNS to
AS.

AS may make proposals under the following system: Any member may make a
Society Proposal by proposing it to a public forum in the first six days
of an nweek. If Athena or a majority of AS members veto the proposal
publicly, the proposal is removed from the ballot and has no effect.

Any player may become a member by

1. Belonging to no other societies
and.
2. Requesting membership in a public forum.

If a member at any time belongs to a society other than AS, that member is
immediately removed from AS.

Athena may modify this Charter or destroy this society at any time.
