Statement: Slumbering Giant 1 ceased to be a player in this game as of
nweek 20, nday 1.

Analysis: Slumbering Giant 1 declared emself On Leave on nweek 17, nday 1.
E has not declared emself Off Leave since that point. Rule 206 states that
a player who has been On Leave for more than three consecutive nweeks
ceases to be a player. Therefore, on nweek 20, nday 1, three nweeks of ten
ndays each (as per Rule 3) after e declared emself On Leave, Slumbering
Giant 1 ceased to be a player.

Analysis by Judge Athena:

Despite the fact that e had given eir proxy, Rule 206 is still clear that
after being On Leave for 3 nweeks, one is no longer a player. The proxy
rule does not take precedence over this. Therefore I rule TRUE.
