Corrections:

I forgot about House Grem. Damn, we need a Gremlins Minister to handle
some of this stuff. I'm about to take some inspiration from "Starship
Troopers" and propose "Service Guarantees Citizenship" to limit vote
privileges to those who don't do their time as a Minister of
something-or-other.

(No, the above isn't a serious idea. There aren't enough ministries to go
around. But hopefully it expresses some of my frustration.)

I forgot that bd got fired from vSOI a while back. I unroll the previous
transaction, and return all of eir points to em. (I'll also pass on the
currency exchange, in case e has other plans.) E gets 15 points back, and
loses eir Bomb Gnome.

Baron von Skippy returns from Leave, and does the whole Bomb Gnome thing
(-11 points). I simply overlooked those requests, sorry.

The price for a Fire Gnome for vSOI members is 5 points, as Fire Gnomes
aren't on the Menu. Thus, Wild Card is still charged 5 points (unless
there's some interpretation of the rules of which I'm wholly unaware at
this time).

Revised ballot is forthcoming.
