Ah... that took entirely too long.

Anyway, the Temperature is still an entirely too hot 40 degrees, as that is 
the maximum.  To remedy that, I make the following proposal.

Amend the third sentence of rule 405, section B.1, to have the following -0- 
delimited text:

Whenever the Weather is Updated, the 15th Gremlin Number is randomly added 
to or subtracted from the Temperature.
