Analysis: According to the Roster page, Wonko holds the proxy of The
Reality
Police.  Since there is no longer a player with that name, Wonko's having
eir proxy does not entitle em to any special rights regarding voting."

I judge this to be FALSE.

Analysis:

Rule 24 states: "The Administrator is responsible for updating the Roster
so that it reflects the current game state." Therefore, just because the
Administrator has not updated it yet doesn't mean whatever is there
suddenly becomes the current game state.
