[Spoon-business] DimShip prop mod

In the proposal entitled "Nomilogue 8: Who Mounrs for Adonis?", in the changes intended for Rule 493:

Remove subsection D.

Add to the end of the paragraph in subsection A.1 the text, "Neither buoyancy nor ballast can be set to exceed (50 - (the sum of buoyancy or ballast occupied by installed Equipment))."

In subsection B.2, replace the text "separately.  DimShip" with "separately.  If Equipment adds buoyancy and/or ballast to a DimShip, the total buoyancy and ballast added by all installed Equipment must be less than or equal to the DimShip's buoyancy and ballast capacities.  DimShip".

In subsection C.1, replace the text "set to 0" with "set to 0, not counting ballast and buoyancy produced by installed Equipment".

In subsection C.1, replace the text "only occupies" with "can only occupy".

Add to the end of the paragraph in subsection C.4 the text "Coupling and uncoupling DimShips does not change which DimShip Players and Pilots occupy."
