spoon-business: unanimous consent?

Since the rules are sorta suspended at this point, we can play a bit more
informally for a few days...

Would anyone be annoyed if I just propose a sorta "unanimous consent" vote
for Steps 2 and 3?

If nobody objects to the continuance of the existing Forum and
Administrator in, say, 48 hours, we'll proceed.

(Oh, by the way, The Pause didn't actually Initialize, since we have to
agree on the above before that happen. My bad.)
