Add to the end of Rule 625 the text:

"Public forum messages that a Minister posts in accordance with eir Ministerial duties are not subject to game objects and events that affect the format of public forum messages. (E.g. the Scarf, the Sushi, Entropy.)"

Give Rule 625 a Chutzpah of 2.

Replace the second-to-last paragraph of Rule 493 with:

"A DimShip, once built, can be launched, which puts it into active use.  A DimShip that has been launched can be landed, which takes it out of active use.  DimShips can be landed at any time, and must be landed when adding equipment or conducting repairs.  A DimShip is automatically landed when its ballast and buoyancy limits are zero.  DimShips can be launched at the end of the nweek."

Add to the end of the last paragraph of Rule 635 the text: "A DimShip cannot shoot at a landed DimShip."
