spoon-business: Abbreviated results!

(These are not the official vote results, but they might be mildly
amusing...)

The following things (and maybe others) passed: The "Writ of Delay"
proposal, the Bowling Gnome, the Gnome Factory and reproduction proposals,
Radar Towers, Societies, Bruce the Flaming Gremlin.

The following failed: Fish-flavored Izing, Insta-Rules (shame, that. I
kinda liked the idea.), my Omnibus Proposal.

The following passed, but I'm still deciding whether to Veto it: "The New
Yeti." Yes, you managed to come up with something even MORE annoying than
the original.

Others passed and failed too, but those are the ones where I remember what
they did based solely on the title.
