Okay, let's use that conditional stuff that was debated oh so long ago. It's
not forbidden, so:  If proposal 362 gets more Affirmative votes than
negative votes, my vote is yes. Otherwise, my vote is no.
5 points for being interesting is ok. I'm not giving Uncle Psy 10 bonus
points for using 'Garth Brooks' as an Action.

Incidentally, I turn the King Gremlin to Rubber, and the Witch Gremlin to
Glue. Then I give the Scoring Gremlin a Bagel. I put the Admin on the Grid
at (15,9), then pick em up and throw em at Dan. Have a nice day!
