Scoff! declares a Gender and enters The Grid.

GremBall is revised (330/2).

Scoff!'s revision to "Dependent Proposals" is not recognized, because it
was already rectified to the same effect.

Just for the sake of argument, out of boredom, I'll assign a serial number
to Scoff!'s CFJ. Mind you, until such time as it can be determined whether
anyone else is actually playing, nobody can judge said CFJ. (For the time
being, the "recent CFJs" Web page will be funky because it doesn't yet
know how to deal with an un-owned CFJ.) Anyway, 338, assigned to
who-the-heck-knows.

Sadly, I can't recognize Rob's "Last Minute Proposal" for this nweek
because every header in the mail says it was received after Voting
started. Even the most favorable one has it being 52 seconds late. Sigh.
(Actually, it's recognized as 339/0, but it won't be on the ballot that
will be issued in a few minutes.)
