spoon-business: The Daily Recognizer (Wednesday afternoon)

Today's episode of "The Daily Recognizer" is brought to you by Rob Zombie.

Since the effects of the Pink Scarf explicitly protect proposals from
gender-modification effects, I'm rectifying Congenital Optimist's "i said
i've got a big stick" to remove the static electricity. Anyway, after
that, it's 323/0.

The "Bob's Clones" CFJ is 324, assigned to Baron von Skippy.

Iain's "Hopefully completely fathomable CFJ" is 325, assigned to Scoff!.

Iain has declared a Gender and entered The Grid.

"The Rat Race," despite the appearance of exceptional annoyance to me, is
recognized as 326/0.

Bean declares a Gender, enters the Grid, and picks up the Scoring Gremlin,
for reasons I can't currently fathom.

Antonio enters The Grid.

The Voice has revised 307 to 307/1.
Eir "Shields" proposal is 327/0.
Eir "Buttplates" proposal is 328/0.
Eir "Think the CFJ's through, people!" is 329/0.

Re: Glotmorf tossing a rule onto the Grid: If there were an in-game object
called "The Book Of Rules" or "Larry's Law Codex" or something, I wouldn't
have a problem with rules being manipulated as though they were physical
objects. But, thus far, they ain't.

Glotmorf's "The Intercontinental Ballistic Gremlin" is 330/0.
Glotmorf's "Pronouns" proposal with the really long title that I don't
feel like re-typing is 331/0. And if this rule passes, I will in fact
format the pronouns list properly. :)

Glotmorf revised "GremBall" (330/1).

Uncle Psychosis' "The only card I need." is revised as 320/1. (E sent two
identical revisions; I'm assuming this was a mailer glitch. If e really
really wants me to create 320/2, which is identical in every respect to
320/1, I will, but I don't see the point.)

"Are you ready for some football!" is rectified (Add "Create a new rule:"
to the beginning of the proosal) and recognized (332/0). And in regards to
the maths involved: I prefer this to, say, the maths in "Giant Hamster
Balls." :-)

Joerg forfeits.

"Sexy Sirens On The Rocks" is 333/0. Can I name Sirens after my
ex-girlfriends?

"Justice Administered Piecemeal, Part 2" is 334/0.

"Bandwidth Limitation Of A Different Stripe" is 335/0.

gritter: The rules don't seem to allow a judge to be recused just because
e isn't a player anymore... when your CFJ times out in seven days, it will
be re-assigned, barring someone pointing out something in the rules I've
missed.

Um... okay, never mind. gritter transfers 124 points to Dan, and then
forfeits.

Baron von Skippy, after controlling the Cursed Sushi of Babel for the
prescribed four days, transfers it to Uncle Psychosis.

Football undergoes Euclidian revision and is 332/1.

Wonko revises "The Yeti" (313/3) and "Definitions&Pinball" (314/3).

The Haiku proposal is revised (335/1).

"Dependent Proposals" is rectified (add "Create a new rule:" verbiage) and
recognized as 336/0.

"nDaysed and nConfused" is 337/0. (Darn. I was just about to send when
that arrived. I was SO close to being caught up...)

Here's to hoping nothing else arrives in the next hour and a half. :-)
