spoon-business: Corrections, and a mod, to p271

Looks like some instances of <namelist> got lost in the rule text. Let's just fix that...

4th paragraph: Replace "Thereafter, each player in the other than the original" with "Thereafter, each player in the *namelist* other than the original".

5th paragraph: Replace "Any player in may submit" with "Any player in *namelist* may submit".

5th paragraph: Replace "though not to the within it" with "though not to the *namelist* within it".

6th paragraph: Replace "each player in receives" with "each player in *namelist* receives".

6th paragraph: Replace "each player in loses" with "each player in *namelist* loses".

And now for the modifications:

Replace the 7th paragraph, which starts with "If a Team Proposal is still", with:

"If, at the time of voting, a Team Proposal is still a Provisional Proposal, or its *namelist* includes a player who has reached eir per-nweek proposal limit with lower-numbered proposals, the Team Proposal is excluded from the ballot, and is considered to have failed; for calculating point losses, *namelist* comprises the original poster, and those who acknowledged the proposal." [[Thus allowing a player to rescind other proposals to make a given Team Proposal fit.]]

Replace the last paragraph, which starts with "Team Proposals", with:

"Team Proposals count toward a player's per-nweek proposal limit under bandwidth rationing; however, once that limit has been reached, a player may participate in up to two additional Team Proposals. [[As in, a player may submit three solo proposals and sign up for two team proposals, or submit two solo and join in three team, or join in five team. Team Proposals can be made over and above the normal three, but also squeeze out solos from the bandwidth ration if they're done first.]]"
