It's worse than I thought. ;-)
Rule 235/0 will come into existence when its creation is deemed to be legal
by rule 129, on the 24th. At that point, it will repeal rule 129, which
means its creation will no longer have been legal, so rule 129 will not have
been repealed, so rule 235/0 will exist, and... well, you get the point. The
admin's proosal is deeply unfair to me, because not only does it take *all*
my points, it also quite possibly prevents my votes on the proosals after it
from counting (depending on what, exactly, "banishment" does). If you feel
that people's scores should be corrected, vote for Joerg's proosal 137. If,
like me, you have philosophical angst about the paradoxical half-existence
of rules 129 and 235, then...

The rules and gamestate are set to what they would had no rule numbered 235
ever been created. The author of this proposal loses 1d7 points.
