Someone questioned if Go stones were reset as well. And Joel brought up the idea of restarting the game with a smaller board, so we could actually see some action.

Anyway, I don't want the proposal to fail just because everyone likes the current state of Go (I do like it, too), so I'll remove these passages.

I revise my proposal as follows:

- set the score of each player to 10 points,

- set the score of the bank to 1000 points,

- remove all debt objects,

- and transfer ownership of all rules to the bank.
