According to my records Josh is currently assigned to Judge that one. I was
planning on reviewing the situation at the end of the week on all RFJs and
recuse & reassign as needed. 
But since that one was from before I was off ill I guess it really should be
done sooner rather than later.

Josh is recused as Judge from RFJ#28
Zagarna is assigned as Judge on RFJ#28
