<title>100 initial points</title>
When a new player is added to the roster, they will be credited with 100
points. These points are called the 100 initial points.
If it is decided by a judge as judgement on an RFJ that a player or
players have not been credited with their 100 initial points, a judicial
order shall be made crediting said players each with 100 initial points.

This will allow point deductions to occur (as punishments) from the start
of the game -- remember point levels cannot go below 0.
