[game-lang] a survey of previous work

I'm a bit behind schedule on surveying wha's been done already---the main
culprits here are the VASSAL web site migration which happend Friday, and
having just send a book for which I was doing the typesetting work off to
the ASL---so, rather than present a summary of what I've read, I'm listing
what I'm about to read, and the summary will follow. :)

* Extended General Gaming Model

* GALA:

I haven't turned up anything yet. Marc, you mentioned this one; where
can we read about it?

* Drools:

Dave, you mentioned this. Could you point us to where we can read about
it?

* Zillions of Games:

I've failed to find a spec for the ZoG language, only that its like Lisp.
