Re: [eia] Austrian economics for March 1809

I have been doing the transparency on minors, even if it's not "tradition",
it makes it easier for me because of other games I'm in to do it. Not a
problem if someone knows a bit more about the minors. And we have always put
minor strengths on the National cards.

Your comment is correct about the Insurrection Corps. However, unlike naval
interception, corps move individually, not as fleets moving together.

Have we switched to a policy of transparency for subsidies and purchases of
minor free states ? A couple of players seem to be doing this, and others
(including me) never have. Where do we stand on this as a group ?

Also, my understanding of the Austrian Insurrection corps is that they can
only appear at the moment that an enemy corps moves into a space in certain
Austrian provinces. So it happens as an interruption in the middle of an
enemy's land phase. This means that when enemy corps are moving in these
provinces (and the insurrection corps are not on the map already), orders
must be given on a corps-by-corps, space-by-space basis, kind of like when
naval interceptions are possible. This is all in 10.1.4.
