I think I may have cheated myself on my PSA in September.  As I understand
the economic manipulation rules the gain of PP comes in the month you set
the manipulation and the cost is deferred to the next economic phase.  Is
this correct?

If so, I should have ended September in the lowest "8" box instead of the
highest "7", correct?
