So, due to the enforced peace between Austria and Prussia, both are forced
to back down (4.6.4) and France ends up with Berg. -1 PP Austria and Prussia,
+1 PP France.

Prussia and France both supported Palatinate, so they need to roll. Someone
will get control, so -1 PP Austria for the DoW.

Prussia and Turkey ally, +1 PP Prussia and Turkey.

This is one of the most eventful political phases we've had for a while.
