Hmm, JJ's most recent map shows a French garrison at Bourges.  But I guess
you would be the one to know whether it's garrisoned or not.

Since Bourges is ungarrisoned it is an intense but rather simple battle that
leads to British occupation.

LaHavre's garrison will surrender.
