The British slept poorly and the fight starts before their coffee so they
inflict no damage in round 1.
The French are morning people and fight their best round of the day in
round 1 and inflict 1 casualty and 1.1 morale loss

The French second round will inflict another loss on the pinning force and
1.4 more morale

The French 3rd round will also inflict one casualty no matter the table and
either 1.4 or 0.5 morale.

So France votes for a chance at day 3 of battle.
