Does it make any difference that Napoleon is not presently in Posen ?  That
is, can he enter Posen from the outside (and I don't think any of the corps
with Napoleon were ever in Posen) now that access to that province has been
rescinded ?  I'm not trying to start an argument; I'm just asking.
