having seen the results of some of the siege assaults, does it seem too  fair 
to have the attackers rolling on 5-1 and defenders 5-2? Not being an expert  
on napoleonic sieges myself I would have thought that the defenders deserved a 
 bigger advantage, say the attackers rolling on 4-1 and the defenders 5-2..
 
I am not suggesting a house rule or rules change, more just an  observation.
