France and Prussia need to roll for control of Algeria.  France will get a
+3 drm (+2 national modifier and +1 for dominant status) and Prussia will
have a +1 drm (from the national modifier chart).

Russia succeeds in allying with Austria and Turkey (all three will gain +1
PP).

Denmark is a free state and its fleet is placed on the map immediately.

Russia and Great Britain have combined movement.
