You're right.  I calculated this with a 4 movement, not a 5 movement, which
would have made it a 5-.

Please amend my army orders thus:

Move the depot at Edinburgh to the 1st Fleet.  All other orders are as
originally written.

Actually, since the Russian force now consists only of a cavalry corps, it
can reach Edinburgh by foraging automatically, unless you had other reasons
for placing the depot there.  So the British costs could be cut to $1.
