Actually, Mike needs to decide whether to attempt to intercept the 6th / 7th
Fleets as they leave St. Malo.

Also, the disposition of the Danish fleet needs to be resolved.  They are
currently in the Copenhagen sea space.

So I guess the next question is, do the Dutch and Swedes fight the Russians
and the remaining 12 British ships in the Riga blockade box, or allow the
Russians to pass ?
