Wow, they put up one hell of a fight.

The French corps present are:
At Stuttgart:  2nd Corps with 9I and 3C
At Ulm: 1st Corps with 20I and 3C

The French at Stuttgart will inflict a minimum of 1 casualty per round and thus automatically eliminate the garrison by round 2 when they would otherwise break. No French casualties there, no political points for either side.

The French at Ulm will also inflict a minimum of one casualty per round and as they would not break until round 3, they also automatically eliminate the entire garrison. The French lose 1I at Ulm and that battle is worth one point for France as the city is both fortified and contains a corps.
