In a smashing exchange of fire the French respond by eliminating 13 British
vessels form their line of battle. So as the dust settles 22 ships of the
line are destroyed or captured reducing accountants in both capitals to
tears but the British blockade is broken.

France gains 2pps and Britain loses 2pp

The British fleets must decide if they will retreat to a port of be
retreated one space.

French losses are 2 Dutch ships and 7 French

The Dutch fleet is now 13 vessels
