[eia] server issues

My secondary DNS still hasn't caught up; however, the records it had
cached must have expired overnight. So now all of the DNS queries
are being answered correctly, even though they might be delayed a bit
by the failure of my secondary to answer them.

The result of all this is that you should be able to access everything
now without difficulty.
