[eia] We have word regarding a seventh player!

Another college buddy of ours, Fred, said he is willing to join our game
as the 7th player. He has played the game twice before (once in college and
once just after college). But he claims that he's in need of a refresher
course. He lives in Maryland, so there's no one close by who can give him a
face-to-face tutorial. So here's what I suggest. We give control of
Austria in the current game to Fred, and we all play the current game
through the end of the year. This should give Fred enough hands-on
experience to be ready to dive into a new game. (Plus, we will get a chance
to see whether he is able to respond/participate at the rate that we have
all become accustomed to.)
What do the rest of you think?
