Good point.  Then that depot will be placed at Stuttgart and the French
supply costs will rise to $13.

And my aspirations for the perfect set of land orders has suffered yet
another setback.  Maybe my April orders...

It's not legal for you to place a depot in the northern area of Baden,
since you don't control Baden and don't have a corps there.
