Actuallt, with 27 factors Nate could eliminate the garrison if he were to
roll high enough.  JJ, how do you figure 5 casualties max?  Am I missing
something?  Looking closer I now calculate 4 casualties in each round if
Nate rolls all 4's or better (15% of 27 and 26, respectively).  Which means
my initial announcement of victory may be flawed.

The French will definitely fight off the attackers in the second round,
then.  Mack can inflict a maximum of 5 casualties in two rounds, and the
French morale cannot be broken in one round.
