RE: [eia] Amended political orders


Great Britain imposes C.6 (removal of Napoleon), C.2 (36 month peace), and B.5 
(royal marriage).

May the royal families of Hanover and Bourbon be forever joined in friendship, 
and so on and so forth...  :-)

Since repatriation is a part of the peace process, I had assumed it would 
happen before any changes in access.  I'll send the repatriation locations of 
all my corps and garrisons when I get home in half an hour.
