Invasion supply is when you trace supply from a depot in a port to a depot 
placed with a fleet at sea. Sea supply is when you trace supply from a port 
with a depot and a fleet to a port with a depot. You need to use the latter 
if you want to use supply, since you have no fleet off Alexandria, but you 
do have a fleet and a depot in a friendly port. (In that case, you also 
need to build a depot at Alexandria.)
